Parent & Child Aquatics
Developed for children 6 months to 3 years of age, Parent and Child Aquatics builds swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. Parents and children participate in several guided practice sessions that help children learn elementary skills, including water entry, bubble blowing, front kicking, back floating, underwater exploration, and more.

Preschool Aquatics
Designed for children 4 and 5 years old, the preschool program assists young children in learning basic water skills without the presence of the parent in the water. Safety rules and skills are stressed, while classes provide fun and guided independent learning exercises. The classes are geared to help make young children comfortable in the water without their parent as well as be safe in harmful situations.

Learn-to-Swim
Our new Learn-to-Swim offers something for everybody. A unique 6-level instructional approach is unlike anything offered by other aquatic training programs. Our instructors are trained and certified by the American Red Cross, so swimmers of all ages and abilities are in good hands.
