Class Description
Arthritis Basic Class This is a nice slow class for our special patrons that have had injuries and need a class to get started. This class is also designated to help with balance, core strength, and stabilization.
Arthritis Plus Class This class is designed for our special patrons to improve flexibility and mobility. We focus on all joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This class is great for people with Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Osteoarthritis.
Deep Water Class This class is a combination of higher intensity aqua aerobics, circuit training, and swimming with optional equipment. Strength training and stretching finish off this routine.
Shallow Water Class This class provides a continuous cardiovascular workout by using a variety of step and arm movements followed by toning, strength training, an ab workout and stretching. Modifications will be demonstrated for all fitness levels.
