    Come out to the Green Country Classic Ranch Rodeo to enjoy two nights of ranch rodeo events, tradeshow and more! It's free to come out and shop the tradeshow but you'll have to purchase tickets to attend the nightly ranch rodeo performances. There's also going to be a Junior Ranch Rodeo competition Saturday morning at 11 am. Tickets for that event are $5 at the door.

  1. Will Rogers Library will be Closed for Re-Carpeting

    The Library will be closed for Re-Carpeting April 23rd - May 12th. We will be open again for normal hours Monday, May 13th. Please note the book drop will be available and checked regularly for returns during this time. Visit our Pop-Up Library at the Community Center at 2301 North Sioux to check out New Releases: Tuesday April 30th 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Friday May 3rd 1:00 pm – 2:45 pm Tuesday May 7th 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Friday May 10th 1:00 pm – 2:45 pm Bring your little ones to Storytime at the Gazebo in Lynn Riggs Park on Wednesdays, May 1st and May 8th. Baby Storytime at 9:30 am and regular Storytime for ages 0-3 at 10:15 am.

  1. Permit Free Garage Sale Weekend

    April 27, 2019, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM @ City of Claremore

    Claremore's Permit Free Garage Sale Weekend will be April 25-28th! • A garage sale permit is not required and Utilities Department does not provide signs during this period. • Number of signs: 3 signs allowed to advertise per garage sale with 1 located on the site of the garage sale and 2 off-site signs allowed in City right-of-way but cannot block the view of traffic. • Sign time limitation: Signs shall not be erected sooner than the day of the sale, and all signs must be removed at the close of the garage sale activities or are subject to a fine of up to $20. • Prohibited signs: No signs may be posted on any public street signs or posts, traffic signs, utility poles, or street lights. • Sales held during the permit-free weekend do not count against the total garage sale licenses granted for the property.
