The City of Claremore offers many conveniences and options to its utility customers. The Utility Office prides itself in its ability to offer same-day service for most service requests made prior to 1:00 pm. The Utility Department serves as a one-stop shop, because all requests or questions about different aspects of your services can often be answered through our office.  The Utility Office drive through and lobby is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 6:00pm.  It is closed daily for lunch from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

All services provided by the Utility Department are billed in one convenient, consolidated bill. That allows our customers to make a single monthly payment to cover electric, water, sewer, and trash fees. As an added convenience, Claremore Super Recreation membership fees may also be added to your monthly utility bill. Statement billing is an option available for customers who have multiple accounts (different physical locations) for itemization of all billing charges within that billing zone delivered in one envelope.
