Class Description
Ab Lab A 15-minute class designed to strengthen the abdominals and opposing muscle groups. This may include low back and gluteal work, as well as other exercises which work the abs as stabilizers.
Above the Belt An upper body blast. Work everything at and above the belt with a variety of exercises that will tone, firm, and sculpt.
Abs and More A 45-minute class designed to compliment the other 2 8:00 am classes. You've worked above and below the belt, now we'll concentrate at the belt. Includes fat-burning cardio and lots of abs.
Below the Belt A total lower body blast. Work everything at below the belt with cardio and a variety of exercises that will tone, firm, and sculpt.
Boot Camp Ready to really sweat? A combination of drills, plyometrics, and weight training, this high intensity class has a bit of everything.
BOSU Blast New equipment, new class! Get stronger, leaner, and more flexible and improve your balance and core stability. It's a really good workout and it's fun, too!
Boxercise The main event is high energy kickboxing moves without bags. It's a great workout!
Cardio Saturday only, instructor rotation, and choice of format. Had a busy week? Get energized for the rest of the weekend. Challenge yourself and stick around for the Ab Lab!
Cardio Pump The initial portion of this class will be a cardiovascular workout followed by weight or strength training, and finally, work on those abdominals.
Cardio-yoga A 1-hour class featuring 30 minutes of cardio followed by 30 minutes of yoga. A great combination!
Core and Cardio New combination class. The first half of the class will focus on core strengthening, and the last half of the class will be heart-pumping cardio.
Cycle Cycle with us and get an awesome workout! We’ve added videos for a visual diversion while the instructor coaches your ride on scenic roads, in bike races, and to music videos. A great class for all levels. Arrive early to secure a spot!
Early AM Blast Get yourself out of bed and your day off to a great start. This energizing workout will be a combination of high/low and step aerobics, strength training, and a challenging abdominal workout.
Energy Express A combination of aerobics, step aerobics, plyometrics, and muscular strength/endurance training, all in 45 minutes. You can jump-start your day or be home in time to have supper on the table at 6:00 pm. It will be great for you and your family, too!
Energy Extreme The full-hour version of Energy Express. Abs worked in every class. All levels of fitness can expect a great workout!
F.I.T. Functional ... because it works ... Interval Training. With or without equipment, if you are committed, this interval training will whip you into shape.
HI/LO Combo This class will combine both high and low intensity and high and low impact, and maybe some step. You'll get your heart pumping and calories burning. Toning and ab work complete the class.
Kick It's still the hot trend in fitness, and lots of fun! Come jab, hook, and kick your way through this high energy class. Ab work and toning in every class. Bags are optional, but wrist wraps are required if bags are used.
Kick Combo This class is 75 minutes. It includes a regular Kick class and 15 minutes of yoga or core strengthening. It's a great workout!
Kick 'n Kardio Bring your wraps and plan to kick and punch, but also be ready for some other high-intensity strength and endurance training.
Let's Get Ballistic We will still have cardio, strength training, toning, and abs, but all will involve the use of some kind of ball. Try it, it will be a ball!
Mega Step This is no ordinary step class. It's a faster-paced class using weights.
Pedal & Pump Combination class ... cycling plus upper body weight training ... a total workout!
Pilates Stretch and strengthen core body muscles and become more flexible.
Power Pump After a warm-up and cardio segment, grab those weights and start pumping! We'll concentrate on form and technique. Finish the class with some ab work and a cool-down, and you'll be on your way!
Quick Kick The 45-minute version of Kick.
S.E.T. (Strength Endurance Training) Add this class to your cardio workout, and take sculpting to the next level. Workout will include multiple strength and toning techniques.
SilverSneakers® CLASSIC (Formerly MSROM - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement) - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a ball for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. A beginning level class.
SilverSneakers® YOGA/STRETCH Have fun, improve flexibility, breathing, balance and range of movement through a series of postures. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. An intermediate level class.
Step-Kick Interval Mixture of brief intervals of step and floor aerobics with toning. The toning intervals may include the use of weights, bands, or balls; floor exercises; and finally, an ab workout.
Step 'n Tone An all-purpose class. The step will be utilized during the cardio portion of the class, followed by a variety of equipment and weights toning specific muscle groups which will vary by class. An ab workout and stretching will complete each class.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning) A challenging class. High intensity cardio using weights throughout the cardio portion of the class and a challenging ab workout, too.
Tabata New Class! High intensity interval training...great workout in 45 minutes...just try it!
T.G.I.F. Yes, it is Friday, but it's Thank Goodness I'm getting Fit! A super workout, you have the weekend to recover!
Total Toning Start with a brief warm-up and spend the remainder of the class strengthening, toning, and defining muscles using weights. You can also try some of our other toys.
Triple Express The 45-minute version of Triple Whammy: cardio, strength-training, and abs.
Triple Whammy 20 minutes of high-intensity cardio, 15 minutes of pumping iron, and 15 minutes of abs.
Ultimate Core An advanced class ... high intensity core workout ... work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. The goal is the ultimate core! Are you tough enough?
Yoga Tone muscles and increase flexibility. Monday night is a deep stretch class. Wednesday night is power yoga.
Zumba! Can you imagine a smile on your face while you are getting an awesome workout? Try Zumba! It will be fun!
